Hii friends in this post on this site i will share about my story “My 14th week on Universias Muhammadiyah Tanggerang”.

It’s still same day and i will coninue on this post….So after that Ms. Rella decided to make the create an conversation and present them in front of the class with one frends. then im and Arif make a conversation and present it, here the conversation below :

Mr. Arief : Hello bro.
Me               : hello
Mr. Arief : what is your name?
Me            :  my name is Rachmat, and you?
Mr Arief :  my name is Arief Wahyuaji, where do you live?.
Me           : i live in Tangerang, and you?
Mr. Arief : me too, are you working?
Me           : yes, of course
Mr. Arief : where do you work?
Me           : i work in PT. BANANA FRUIT
Mr. Arief : What is your job?
Me           : i am a designer
Mr. Arief : what does a designer do?
Me           : desain building construction
Mr. Arief : oh nice your job
Me           : ok thanks
Mr. Arief : see you
Me           : see you

Ok thats all for today... see you...

Hii friends in this post on this site i will share about my story “My 13th week on Universias Muhammadiyah Tanggerang”.

Today there was not presentation then Ms.Rella gave a task to making conversations about the electrical engineering-related work. Before we started do the task, Ms.Rella giving an example of how to make a conversation with the present tense and past tense sentences from the sentence positive, negative and ask questions. After that Ms. Rella ask “if there are courses after this?”, yes it should be there, but Mr. kholid can not attend so Ms. Rella can continue teach about conversation….

Hii friends in this post on this site i will share about my story “My 11th week on Universias Muhammadiyah Tanggerang”.

Last week Group 5 already presentated they presentation, today my group will goin to presentation in foront of class, im with Ilham Dwi and Rachmat Munandar will presentated about “Steam Turbine”. atlast our presentation is good and im so happy about that, then after presentation im asking to class mate to make question but no one sugest or asking question for my Group. In the end Ms. Rella correcting our matery and our work still have many think to correct…..

this is sample of our presentation matery :

Short article : Generators and transmission

Electrical power is usually generated by electro-mechanical generators driven by steam produced from fossil fuel combustion, or the heat released from nuclear reactions; or from other sources such as kinetic energy extracted from wind or flowing water. The modern steam turbine invented by Sir Charles Parsons in Elberfeld, Germany 1884 today generates about 80 percent of the electric power in the world using a variety of heat sources. Such generators bear no resemblance to Faraday’s homopolar disc generator of 1831, but they still rely on his electromagnetic principle that a conductor linking a changing magnetic field induces a potential difference across its ends. The invention in the late 19th century of the transformer meant that electrical power could be transmitted more efficiently at a higher voltage but lower current. Efficient electrical transmission meant in turn that electricity could be generated at centralised power stations, where it benefited from economies of scale, and then be despatched relatively long distances to where it was needed.

Because that electricity could be generated at centralised power stations, where it benefited from economies of scale

Who was invent The modern steam turbine?
The modern steam turbine was invented by Sir Charles Parsons in 1884

Where Sir Charles Parsons invent The modern steam turbine?
In Elberfeld, Germany 1884

When did the modern steam turbine invented?
On 1884’s by Sir Charles Parsons

How electro-mechanical generator can be driven?
The electro-mechanical generators can be driven by steam produced from fossil fuel combustion, or the heat released from nuclear reactions; or from other sources such as kinetic energy extracted from wind or flowing water.

VERBAL or NOMINAL

Electrical power is usually generated (v) by electro-mechanical generators driven (v) by steam produced from fossil fuel combustion, or the heat released from nuclear reactions; or from other sources such as kinetic energy extracted from wind or flowing water.          ( VERBAL )

TENSE, PATTERN and REASON

1.Electrical power is usually generated (v) by electro-mechanical generators ( O ) driven (v) by steam produced from fossil fuel combustion ( S ), or the heat released from nuclear reactions; or from other sources such as kinetic energy extracted from wind or flowing water. ( This use present tanse because there are several verbs and explain about usual condition)

2.The modern steam turbine ( O ) invented (v2) by Sir Charles Parsons ( S ) in Elberfeld, Germany 1884 ( ADV) today generates about 80 percent of the electric power in the world using a variety of heat sources. ( This use SIMPLE PAST TENSE because there are several verbs two and explain about invention in the past )

3.Such generators bear no resemblance to Faraday’s homopolar disc generator of 1831, but they still rely on his electromagnetic principle that a conductor linking a changing magnetic field induces a potential difference across its ends.( This use PAST CONTINUES TENSE because there are several verb+ing and explain about invention in the past )

4. The invention in the late 19th century of the transformer meant that electrical power could be transmitted more efficiently at a higher voltage but lower current.( This use SIMPLE PAST TENSE because explain about invention in the past )

5. Efficient electrical transmission meant in turn that electricity could be generated at centralised power stations, where it benefited from economies of scale, and then be despatched relatively long distances to where it was needed.( This use simple present tanse because its explain about charecteristic of electrical transmission )

Thats all for today…..
